Product Sampling
At Enthral, our state-of-the-art sampling facility ensures precision and quality. Our dedicated in-house sampling department, supervised by seasoned experts, delivers tailored solutions for every client. We assist buyers by creating samples for promotional purposes and production quality control. Our team works closely with clients to develop designs that align perfectly with their specifications. Buyers can confirm fit, style, and functionality through our meticulously crafted samples. We produce samples for an entire size set to ensure consistency. Once approved, these samples serve as the gold standard for all subsequent production, guaranteeing client satisfaction and adherence to the highest standards.
Product Development in Bulk
Upon sample approval, we seamlessly transition to bulk production, adhering strictly to the buyer’s requirements and specifications. Each product is accompanied by a detailed tag containing critical information, including material composition, care instructions, and testing data. The Apparel Production Process from Small to Large Quantity
We Guarantee the Quality
Product Design
Our team will develop the designs, tech drawings, and patterns to bring your ideas to life.
Sampling
Our dedicated sampling section sew your samples and shipment samples are sent to the buyer.
Order Confirmation
Once the sample is satisfactory to the buyer, the buyer will confirm the order and issue the purchase order.
Fabric Processing
Yarn is knitted, dyed, and compacted. The final fabric undergoes an inspection for a impeccable quality.
Fabric Cutting
Fabric cutting is relaxed and then it’s cut to the shape of the garment forms in the garment cutting facility.
Printing
Printing is the process where we enhance the garment by adding colors, images to the fabric.
Sewing
Our professional and bespoke tailors sew the garment with high accuracy in the production process.
Garment Checking
Garment checking encompasses checking and testing the garment for overall quality, stitch, and critical flaws.
Ironing
Fully checked garments are transferred to ironing facility for final pressing for perfect finishing.
Packing
Price and hang tags are attached to the garment. Properly folded garments are packed into poly bags.
Final Inspection
The garments are then inspected for quality assurance. We strictly follow AQL 2.5 for quality measures.
Shipment
The documents are prepared for customs clearance. The cargo will be shipped through sea or air.
